Which company did your purchase your phone from?  

When did you purchase your phone?

What issues are you having with the phone?

@1Ronneysmith202  If you got it from public mobile , and it less the a year old you can take it to a Telus store or mobile klinik for warranty work if needed if it less then 30 days you can return it also thru support

What are the exact issues?

Did you purchase a PM preowned cell phones within the last one year?
