I can't seem to get into my account. I'm not having any luck can someone help me please?

I am able to login to My account now.  You might want to try again.

Yes, look like a My Account issue, I got the same error.    Please wait unti it is up again

 

FYI, My Rewards site is up , My Rewards and My Account use the same logins , so you can try accessing there if you just want to check your password.   https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards

 

But of course, if you need My Account only, please wait, it should come back up shortly

Is it even a password problem though? I can't get into MyAccount either, it says it's down for Maintenance

First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

 

If you are unable to self reset the password, PM support will be able to help

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
