I can’t not get into my count have already reset password three times

Clear caches and cookies.

 

And perhaps wait. If the system logged too many failed attempts from your device/computer/connection already then it's better to let it time out than it is to keep banging on a locked door. Leave it alone for a day.

Have you tried deleting your cookies and resetting the password again?

try again to request reset, actual reset and login using Incgonito mode and see if it works.  

 

If you are unable to self reset the password, PM support will be able to help

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
