I have been with Public for a month and can receive texts from Android/Samsung users on my iPhone , but can’t send them. I didn’t change any settings from my previous supplier and could send texts. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

My iPhone receives texts from Android, but won’t send them. Help? I have checked basic settings but not sure what now.

Yes, it’s on. I tried turning off and but no change.

It was already on, but I toggled it off and on and still won’t work. I don’t really want to reset. I thought I tagged a CS rep, but no reply. Do you know how to do it?

Might want to check your settings. Turn on RCS messaging (for Android users) on your iPhone. 

Can also try network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords).

Do you have “send as text messages” enabled on your iPhone (within the Messages app settings) ?
