Physical SIM card, no I don't believe I made it to step 6. Never got a text from public to complete the process. The page showed failed, and I should seek support, which I'm working on 👍, thanks

physical sim or eSIM? did you try the sim and can you make outbound calls?
or you didn't reach Step 6 in the activation process at all?

Hi thanks, I was completing account setup, got the new SIM card number in, attempted to transfer old number from Koodo, waited for message to confirm transfer, eventually the page showed that it had failed and I should seek support. Never got a text from public to complete the process
