Need help to complete activation

My new activation has failed and I cannot log in to contact support. Please advise how I can proceed

I am trying to yes but for now nothing has happened and I haven’t generated an eSim yet

Did you port your number from another provider?

Yes I did in the app. There was an error and directed me to support. The support directed me to login to submit a ticket. The site hangs forever. Somehow I am able to log into this forum though.

Did you do the activation on the PM app?

You need to complete it on the app if you started the activation online.

Thanks for the quick reply. Oddly enough I did DM that user and they suggested they couldn’t help me. Will try again.

It seems as if you are able to log in to your community account (since you posted this)
You can contact customer support using the link below, they will be able to help you redo your activation,

Make sure to monitor the envelope icon on the top right since that is where you will receive the response.
