Yes I did in the app. There was an error and directed me to support. The support directed me to login to submit a ticket. The site hangs forever. Somehow I am able to log into this forum though.

Did you do the activation on the PM app?
You need to complete it on the app if you started the activation online.

Thanks for the quick reply. Oddly enough I did DM that user and they suggested they couldn’t help me. Will try again.

Make sure to monitor the envelope icon on the top right since that is where you will receive the response.
