Hi, i have an account but my father also has an account. He received notification saying his credit card has expired. We were trying to add new cc in but can’t seem to figure out what email was used or he got locked out. I also can’t seem to get him a community account. If he could log in using his cell number that would work but we don’t get that option. His number is Is there anyway to get access again to update

Email address is needed to access account. Each PM account needs its own different email address.
