 I am a new user, and I am facing a situation, in which my husband and I signed up for two phone number but put under the same e-mail account, however the second phone number did not active correctly, and account information didn't show up properly.

We understand your frustration, but as community members in this forum, we cannot directly help you for this type of problem.  

 

You need to contact Public mobile moderators (ie. employees of Public Mobile) who can directly help you.  Please see Shawn's post above for contacting moderator.  Once contacted, moderator should contact you within 1-2 hours to help in the situation.

You will need the assistance of the Moderator Team. First fill in this form to authenticate your account/message https://about.telus.com/authenticationform.jspa?c=pm0. Please do not put private information on a public forum.  You need to private message one of the moderators for help.  There is a system maintenance until 1:00 PM EST.  In 0.5 hour, system should be back online.

Hi theer , My sim showing is invalid it is new sim card was buy in wal mart  sim nuber ************************ . i want to transfer my chater mobile number *********** to public mobilebut my new sim show invalid .my name bahram k*** address 7**5 ******* ave montreal  qc ******.

@lizhijun I suspect the issue is that every Public Mobile account has to have a unique email address.  Trying to re-use the same one likely lead to this issue.   Please follow @LEGO's directions to contact the moderator team via private message so they can assist you.  Tagging them here is not sufficient.

My sim card is doesn,t work  even i try to activate the system show it is activated 

Note it it my an other sim card which is not working sim back number 

xxxxxxxx i want transfer my phone number xxx xxx xxxx from charter mobile to my new sim card 

to public mobile. Also i paid to public mobile twice 28.75 +28.75 but until to not working my sim .thanks

Do both numbers work or only one?  If both work you could try making a new account the system ask for a number and it sends you a verification pin via SMS.

 

Most likely though you will need to get mods involved as @LEGO mentioned.  Make sure to include sim numbers tel numbers etc..
