Would like to talk to someone because I’m having trouble putting minutes on my phone

PM does not have call center. You cannot talk to someone over the phone. But you are in good hands on PM community forum. You can follow previous 2 posts to create a support ticket to get help from a CS Agent(CSA) who is PM employee.
OR
You can clarify what you mean by "putting minutes".
1. You have the $15 plan and used all your 100 outgoing minutes and had problem buying minutes add-on.
2. You Have unlimited minutes plan and you need help to configure your phone to call out and receiving calls.
3. Provide more info if my 2 guesses are wrong..
