Yes I’ve looked everywhere. All we know is her phone number! No email is coming to mind. So it’s useless with doing forgot email and getting a code. We’ve been in the endless loop for a week

The forgot email link wants your phone number. Then it will send an email to the registered email address.
Unless you're meaning you looked into every email account you know of.

Provide them with phone number and they'll ask you some authentication questions. They should then tell you what email address you used.

Yes, the forgot email link lower down. Then check any and all email inboxes for the email.
