are you trying to use it for a reference check. Public Mobile is a pre-paid carrier and is probably not the best source for a reference or proof of address. They can send you a transaction history if you speak with the Moderators as you have already been directed.

Submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

Include the following information :

Make sure to include
First name:   

Last name:     
Street address:

Suite/Apartment (if applicable):     
City:    

Province:    

Postal Code:          
Customer phone number   

Account #    
Email address (if possible):    

Requested Month / Period    
Amount paid
