Hi , my device (iPhone 11) does not support ESIM. I received a message saying, 'Phone is not ESIM compatible.' Could you please help me to get a new Sim Card? I have already paid $45. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a solution for the SIM issue. If you can not solve this issue, please cancel this plan and return my $45.Thank you.
Kind Regard,

Hey, we are all customers here like yourself. All information posted here can be viewed by anyone on the net, so please remove any personal information that you don't want others to see. Click on the circle beside the time upper right and edit.
That being said, check your junk or spam to see if you did receive a QR code and scan it from another phone or computer.
Also, check Cellular data to see if its there and make it primary or enable it.
If it's not there or in your email, you'd need to message agents at the link previously provided for them to send you another.

Hi Sansan,
My I-Phone 11 is ESIM compatible. It is made in USA. Model number is A2111. I will be glad if you provide me an ESIM for my phone as soon as possible. It is free this is the message came while I was subscribing.
Thanks,

It seems that the iPhone 11 does support eSIM except for iPhones from China.

Check your iPhone setting for Add eSIM setting in the Cellular section.

You can find various places to obtain a SIM here https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/pick-up-SIM
Note the section at the top of the list "Can't find a store near you?" and the confusing "Pickup a SIM card" is actually a link to the places you can order online, including via Public or Amazon.

@Adatta you can purchase a physical SIM card from Amazon for $4.99.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/pick-up-SIM
Or if a local Telus/Koodoo shop sells its $10. Just purchase one and when you get the card sign into your account and update the number.
If you had paid for the first esim at $5 you can then ask agent to credit you back by sending then the receipt.
