I have been using public mobile for years, using payment vouchers. I have never had a reason to see my account info online. I now need to view my account number. However, clicking on "my account" brings up no information, it keeps me on the same page. After thoroughly exploring this website I cannot see any reference to my account number or current phone plan. How can I view this information?

With the new website design there are tabs to choose, just click on it. or maybe check your browser security, or just change another browser.

Hello hTideGnow. I am logged in on a browser. I log in and see the url "https://publicmobile.ca/en/". Clicking on "My Account" does not change the url or display any additional data/tabs. When I insert your provided url it simply returns me to "https://publicmobile.ca/en/"
For some additional context, I created this community online account a year ago, and my public mobile phone plan was purchased many years ago. I do not believe this community account is linked to my public mobile phone account. I wish to see the info for my phone account, but I am not sure how to do so.

first, can you login to My Account using a browser? if you can what do you see there? do you see different tabs there?
