Hello,
My Public Mobile SIM card is locked and is asking for a PUK code.
I accidentally enabled the SIM PIN feature and entered the wrong PIN. I do not know the SIM PIN and now the phone is requesting a PUK code to unlock the SIM.
Could you please provide the PUK code for my SIM card or tell me how I can obtain it?

For a PUK code, contact customer service.
