Could I have an admin message me, to help my step dad with his phone. It hasnt been working for the past couple of days and he has no idea how to fix it.

@kelly31 - what trouble shooting has your step dad and you tried?
Is his account active when he logged into his My Account or is there any messages presenting themselves?
Also, he can call 611 to check or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device) to see if any issues.
