My brother is traveling and has the SIM card with him, he won't be using the line and we want to turn off autopay since he's not using the phone line. I've been locked out of the self serve account as I can't remember the password or the security questions. What can I do?

As stated above, the reset password feature is not working (Again).
You will need to contact moderator. It will take 1-2 days to respond though.
