@CountyDownIeUk Yes, I'm certain and a few members have changed their usernames that I'm aware of, luckily I don't remember their original names. Looks like poor old SIMon is wrong, again..

Sorry but, you can't do it yourself so you have to get a Customer Support Agent to do it for you.

edit: BTW, luckily once CSA's change your name, then all posts with the name you have now will automatically also change including where the name has been tagged like in this thread.

Only a CS_Agent can change your user name.
Just private message them if you are not in a hurry or create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot for a speeder reply.
