I can't text or call.  When I tried to go to Network Operators (In Settings), and hit Select Automatically, it said "unable to Connect.  Try later." 

I did this the second time and was able to connect to Telus.  Rebooted phone and tried calling family but it's still said I'm not registered.  So I did it again the third time by selecting Automatically in Network Operators but said the same thing:  "Unable to connect. Try again Later."  I tried manually connecting and got the same error.  I also tried removing and cleaning the sim card.  Been doing this all morning.  I'm away from family so my phone is my life line and my only connection to them.  

Can anybody help, please??

hi @MEC it could be phone or sim card or network

do you have another phone around?? test the PM sim card with the other phone

if same,please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Yes, I tried doing it manually as well but there's no "Public Mobile" in the options.  Only Telus, Rogers, Freedom, Bell.  I selected Telus (parent company of Public M) and I got the same "unable to connect.." error.

hi @MEC did you try to manually connect to Public Mobile?? can the phone sees the network when selezf manual?

could be a location issue as you haven't mentioned where you are yet. That might help if you told us where you am.
