yes, support will reimburse.  It is said on the help page that esim replacement is free.

@nitnai  If you rebuy esim on the app it will crest you the money at check out no need to message support for refund

you just need to pay first to get the service working , then ask Support agent to reimburse 

Good thing for eSIM is if is free (with reimbursement) for getting replacement esim

But i was offered a free esim, why pay

hi @nitnai you need to ask support to help. Please message them

at the same time, try login PM app, see if you can login.  If so, go to Account page and buy new eSIM there.  Thaf would solve the problem without agent help

of course if you can login, message agent is the only way

The QR CODE is invalid, cannot use 

hi @nitnai you can check the welcome email from PM, the eSIM qr code is there and you can scan and install 

if you cannot find the QR code, message support for help

hi @nitnai did you use the app to subscribe and got to the last step of the activation which helped you to install the esim?

if so, check the sim card manager screen or Settings -> Cellular and make sure Public Mobile eSIM is there and enabled, or Turn on this sim is on

if not, then ask support for help.  please message them here
