Are current subscribers able to change there subscriptions to a lower cost one? It seems grossly unfair if this offer is only limited to new subscribers if current subscribers are unable to do this!!!! If we can, I would appreciated how we would be able to do this.

As a general observation, PM usually does not allow current subscribers to downgrade to a cheaper plan.

What plan are you currently subscribed to? 

Go into your"Change Subscription" and see if there is a cheaper plan available for you.

As a general observation, PM usually does not allow current subscribers to downgrade to a cheaper plan. However, in the last 24 hours, I have noticed some cheaper plans which became available for me and some of my family. Based on past history, these cheaper options may disappear if you do not grab them. YMMV.  Good luck.

You can switch to lower ones yes. It just has to be available in your account. Click Subscription and Add-ONs Manage Subscription. What's there is what you can change to.
