My wife’s account disappeared

My wife’s account is gone. Paid up to date on auto pay. No talk, no text. No data. No ISP Info. It’s just gone? I need a CS rep

@dmacdougall    What?  How odd and there's all sorts of different issues happening around here it would seem.

 

Have you (she) tried clearing cache/cookies and using incognito mode to log into the account?
