My voucher doesnt work

I justbought a vouvher for twebty bucks torestart myphone, i have til may 30.....wont work, WHY?

Check and see if you have one of the vouchers shown in this thread* and follow the advice on the differences. Check that you are entering the correct 12 digit pin # which could also be listed as the redemption or voucher #. Using 611 to load it the is easiest method and a successful redemption will be acknowledged by a text from public mobile.

@AndieBee if your plan is suspended, just adding the funds won't activate it.
You may reactivate a suspended account online or by calling 611.
Via your account online
1. If you have already registered, or will first register, a credit card, go to step 2. OR deposit a voucher for at least your plan cost and go to step 3.
2. Go to the payment tab, select single payment and amount due.
3. Select the reactivate account button.
4. Restart your phone.
or can also use 611 to make your payment( once you know your 4 digit pin):
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)
3. press 1 amount due.
4. Restart your phone.

Andie, I can only assume you are following the instructions on the back of the card?
If it is still giving you issues I would return it to the store you bought it from, or contact the moderators through Simon

When did your plan expire. You only have 90 days to renew an expired plan...then it closes for good and you'd need a new sim to start a new account.
If it only recently expired..some of the vouchers don't get activated for several hours after the sale so just keep trying. The vouchers from Shell Gas stations and London Drugs are active right away, I've been led to believe.
Alternative is to get an on-line payment voucher from recharge.com or ding.com....but they do charge a small fee.

@AndieBee Some vouchers do not get activated immediately within Public's system so you need to be patient just keep trying every hour and it will eventually work.
If but the end of the day it doesn't work submit a ticket and include a copy of the voucher and a moderator will add it to your account.
To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking here or the icon (bottom right of your screen).
If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

@AndieBee dial 611 from your phone is the $20 there? Sometimes it takes a little while for vouchers to show up. Try entering your 12 digit number using 611 use this guide to see how to do it https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Self-Serve/611-IVR-Menu-System/m-p/289352/highlight/t...
