Please keep data off in the phone while at home, also MMS need data to be turned on to send MMS messages, so avoid MMS. Also you can check in self serve account on data usage history.

To change the plan , you can choose the option from my account.It gives option to get renewed on renewal or right now. Once you select your plan will be updated on the base of your selection. thanks
