I have called Rogers and reported my number over for text messaging. I have no idea how to get my number Ported over since I can't receive text messages

I have already called Rogers and fixed it on their end manually. I can't fix it on public's side since I can't get a text message from them.

In order to port number BOTH accounts have to be active and in good standing.
If you are porting from Rogers to PM you have to initiate porting at Rogers and keep Rog SIM in your phone to reply YES to author. message.
If your Rogers SMS does not work you have to resolve that with Rog first...
