My son’s account is linked to mine and mine. I set his up under my account as i pay both. My credit card was going to expire so I updated it on my self serve page but his phone just cancelled. I assumed by updating on my account his would be fine as well. But not so. His phone just cancelled. How do i access his account and update my cc on his?

On the Telus prepaid side this is what is in place.
* 1 log in to multiple and unique account numbers
* A toggle to each account under your management
* Each toggled account is unique and is managed accordingly.
I don't remember for sure sure but I think you could even have each toggled account with a different credit card. This was convenient. You can see the toggle in your PM My Account where your account number shows. But definitely NOT, could you pool your funds to pay or share data etc. I think the reason for PM not to offer what Telus does...is because of the rewards.

Did @Armor use an alias? Has 2 seperate PM accounts but all info comes to the ONE email account?
Check your email account in SETTINGS....does it show any aliases? If yes, try to sign into MY ACCOUNT using an alias.

@Armor When you signed up your son it would have had to have been (should have been) under a separate email and password. That is where you need to go to change the card on his account.
@Armor you may need to contact a moderator to fix your account they both need to be separate two diff emails but once you do you can use your cc to pay for his account by setting it up in his account
contact a moderator you can do so by clicking the chat bubble at the lower right corner,to avoid going around in circles with Simon say that you want a human to speak to, a ticket will then be generated briefly mention your issue payment issues

Every phone number is a seperate account that requires its own email address. You can pay multiple accounts with the same credit card. You need to access your son's account with the email address you used when you activated the sim card to change the credit card info.

What is the email address you use for his account?
Without payment, his account will be suspended. Not canceled. 90 days after suspension, his account will be canceled. When was you cc expired?
1..Login to his account using the email address as the username.
2. Update his account autopay info amd add fund to his account
3. Use the "reactivate current plan" link to get his phone working ASAP.

There isn't any way to have two phone numbers in one self serve account. For payments to your son's account, you need to go into your son's account to update the credit card information.Since the service is now suspended, a manual payment will also need to be made.
