My service stopped working and my account is active

Hi my service stopped working, cannot make or receive calls.  My account balance is up to date and is currently in Active now.  What do i do?

Try changing to 3G network.  Thats still working while LTE is down.  iPhone users are mostly stuck without service because 3G netowrk is not automatically connecting and the phone keeps searching for LTE.  

 

UPDATE:  LTE network is back on.  🥂

try to reboot the phone once

Try to reswat the sim card ( power off, take sim out for a min, then put it back and power up)

 

Try changing your phone's Preferred network type or network mode to 3g and see if the phone connects at all

 

Try your sim card in another phone 

 

try your phone in another area
