My service suddenly stopped and I need to renew the subscription and pay monthly fee manually.  Why? the subscription is not renewed and charged the monthly fee automatically?

it's been a day busy with issue similar to yours ie: glitchy payment problems. Public Mobile did a system update recently and I 'spect something didn't go right. Dial 611 with your cell to hear current plan status.

That is odd. I know this sounds silly but... did you reboot your phone? 

If your payment is up to day and this is an error, reach out to a CS Agent this way.

Hey @Jack567 

Best to log into your account and see if your payment is up to date. It is not monthly, it's every 30 days. Check to see if your credit card expired. You can also dial 611 to get an update.
