first, reboot the phone once and check again if service working

If not, please login My Account using Incognito mode.  Once you logged in, click Pay now and resume service button and follow the steps 

You can also dial *611 and make a payment to resume if you know the 4 digits account PIN

Once paid, reboot the phone once more
