Cant get through to customer support - keeps getting error

that’s a loaded question and could have anything to do with a reprovision of your Sim card to the area you are receiving calls from to environmental effects.
does this only happen in one area or all areas? Has it always happened or has it just started?
start by rebooting your device and resetting network connections. If that does not make a difference, are you able to test your Sim card in another device and make/receive calls to see if there’s any difference.
if all else, fails, contact customer support and ask that they reprovision your account
