Please note that is not how Public Mobile asks customers to contact them. Doing so using this method will result in the customer receiving slower service and response. Members are encouraged, when needed, to use SIMon to open all tickets.  Using SIMon also prevents customers from accidently posting account information in the message forums. The private messaging windows looks almost idential, at least to me, to the message forum posting window.

Did you make a manual payment ?   Has it been more then 90 days since your last payment ?

When you log into your account check the status.  Do you see a reactive button ?

@Nyieca   Please log into your account and check the last four digits of your SIM registered and your phone SIM to see if they match to rule out SIMjacking.

If they don't match, click the Plans/Add-ons tab, Phone Lost and Suspend Service immediately.  Then change all passwords/log in info to all accounts, PM/banks, CC's etc. then contact moderators by clicking on chatbot bubble bottom right or envelope icon top right and send private message to Moderator_Team.  The chatbot gives priority to tickets received and is the preferred option.
