I changed from $40 per month plan to same $40 per month but I should get 15gb data

Just try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode and try again. Your probably looking at old cached information.

@kunwarjeet hi there is a cache issue with accounts,use a different browser in private or incognito mode sign back in and see if it clears up

Log in again into self service, but clear your browser cache and history first and then open a new browser window in incognito. Chrome or edge browser works well.
