My plan has expired

I posted about this yesterday but still haven’t had a resolution - my plan is showing expired and account suspended. 

My plan was supposed to renew yesterday and there were available funds in my account. Pls resolve this ASAP - I need my data for my work. Thanks

I'm very disappointed with this service. This happened to me twice now within the last few months. Can we get an explanation and credit for the frustration?!

Also for people that forgot their username on this forum, good luck, you can't retrieve it because it doesn't actually get emailed to you! You have to create a new account, but wait, your email is already in use, so your forced to create a community account that doesn't have the same email as your billing account. 💔 public mobile

The mods started working 50 minutes ago, I am sure they will contact you soon.  Make sure you have private message alerts on so you can get the messages in your email.

@drsyxu, posting in this forum yields input from other customers.  In your case, you do need the help of a moderator.  Follow the advise from @mimmo and send a private message to the moderator team to fix your account.

If your phone works ignore everything. If phone doesn't work You need to send the moderators a private message
