My pin number

Hello sir I have forgotten my pin number.For change of credit card particulars u have blocked my account.I need to send u the renewed credit card details to make auto pay active again. My cell no:1 xxx xxx xxxx.pls respond

 @Shawkatkhan52 : Do you mean your self-serve login password? Or the 4 digit PIN? Did you try the Forgot your password? link?

Are your services currently suspended?

 

Edit: You can't do anything with the card in 611. Only toggle autopay.

@Shawkatkhan52 please click the 3 dots on the top right corner of your post and deleted your phone number.  These are public forums so don't post any personal info.

If you activated in-store, your PIN# was sent to you by text.  It would be the 4-digit number nothing else.

 

If you need to contact the moderators to update your registered credit card, there are two ways to contact the Moderator_Team

 

  • Faster way – Click the chat bubble at the bottom right of the page or click this link >> type “talk to human" >> "account-specific question" >> "no, I need a human now" >> Click here to submit a ticket!
  • Slower way – Send a private message to the Moderators_Team here.  You have to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work. 

 

It may take up to 48 hrs (hopefully less) to receive a reply from the moderators.  Keep checking the envelope icon on top right for a number to pop up. That would be the moderator’s reply.
