My phone does not work bu I am on autopay and the credit card is working.
I changed credit card to make a payment and it is not accepting as it says there are sufficient funds so no deduction from card.
Please straighten this problem out.

You can try restarting your phone, sometimes that will reset your sim and account.
You can also call *611 to make payments if you have a working credit card registered and or make plan changes or to know what your balance is.

@Johnb12 , if the system does not let you make a payment to renew your account, you will have to send a message to the moderators (be sure to include your account details such as account number, phone number and pin and a brief description of the issue):

On a previous post like this one, @RossN said "... try the lost/stolen trick reboot phone wait 5 minutes than click found phone sometimes that wakes things up." It was marked as the solution in that case.
