HI,

Last night, as soon as I switched to new 90 days, $120 plan, my phone starts showing strange behaviour,

Any incoming call goes to answering system, and phone does not ring.

For any outgoing call(local), I get the message that, I need long distance addons

No internet

I wonder what could be the solution.

The incoming calls going to voicemail could be a network issue, or a phone signal issue.  Another possibilities include the phone being in do not disturb mode.

As for the outgoing calls, Public Mobile might not have the exchanges of certain area codes coded properly in the billing system, causing it to errorneously believe that you are calling out of province.  Were you previously on a Canada-wide calling plan?

APN settings being out of whack would cause data/internet problems but I know you've already checked them.  During the night, there were reports of Telus having a data outage in the Vancouver area.  If you are there, this would explain your data issue.

Thanks, this is already done.

Hi can you try to remove your SIM card and reboot the phone? Also check your APN settings.
