Hello. I have 2 phone numbers from Chatr that still have not been transfered to Public Mobile.
Please, help.

I would imagine that most failed port-ins from Chatr are because the customer didn't use the account number. For onlookers, this is likely because Chatr doesn't give customers any way to view the account number and the only way to get it is to call them.

We need a few more details to help you out. Have you started the porting process using selfserve? How long ago? Can you use any functions at all using your new Public Mobile numbers? Does your Chatr service still work?
If you started the porting process more than 4-6hrs ago and it is not complete, then you should contact the Moderator Team so that they can look into it.
