When I signed up to services I ported over my number from a different service, and it successfully ported over, I've been using it on your service for the past 2 months.
Today, I noticed that my number was changed. I need the number I had before, and I did not ask to change my number. What should I do to get my number back?

You can also click on the dark blue question mark bubble on the lower right hand corner of the screen to chat with Simon, the Public Mobile chatbot. Some users have reported a faster response time to tickets when they are opened through the support form "he" provides.
