My phone number is not working - neither outgoing and incoming calls

My phone number is not working. I refilled my account and changed my plan from "$35 1GB" to "$10 per 30 Days" yesterday. The payment went through and my account is active now. However, I cannot make any phone call. I got the voice message "sorry. I cannot complete your call. your account does not have long distance add on".

 

I am in Vancouver BC and just want to make a local call. Please help!

 

When I tried to use a local phone to call my cell phone, I could only reach to the my voice mail..

@bybywah, it seems like plan downgrades cause issues from time to time.  Try toggling the lost/stolen phone feature and see if that helps.  If the problem persists, I suggest seeking moderator team assistance.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Please include in the private message account number and PIN code along with a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution.
