what am I to do will I go in a q and the will turn me back on later ! I paid by voucher my atomic payment didnt take this month for some reason even when I entered it manually and now I bought a voucher went threw all the button pushing and the app said all was good . When I checked it , it worked with calls out and in then no out going and now no out gowing or incoming even know I already paid in full.

Did all the tricks nothing seams to work just going to open a ticket but I had to say thank you very much for taking the time to try and help cheers

You could have loaded the voucher but the system didn't use the money to renew
but first, reboot the phone and see if you have service
if not, login My Account again, but this time use browser with Incognito mode. Check if the money still showing in Available funds, which would mean the money has not used for renewal. If Available Funds=0, check the cycle date, does it show one month later?
if you need PM to check for you instead, ask them via ticket. Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@Thetravler Try rebooting the phone first if you haven’t already see if that helps
