@Heidibaby, your account does not deactivate right away. If you don't pay in time and you account goes into suspension, it won't deactivate for another 90 days. You should have plenty of time to rescue the account. You have been given good suggestions on how to make a quick payment to restore service and getting access into your account.

Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen to change your password.
I tries this function a few hours ago and I received the reset password email from PM within a minute. It will ask you your email address uesd in your account. Then, it will ask you your scurity question created during activation.
Follows the instruction from the PM email to change your password.
