My phone isn’t working

Hello my network is not working. My bill is paid there is no suspension however no one can call me or I can’t call anyone.  It goes to Vm what can I do

My account is paid up and it wasn’t suspended but it’s not working just going to VM all my friends who use PM have no issues with their phones.
