Hello,
I’m trying to reactivate my public mobile plan.
This is a work phone that we activate when we need it, so losing service and the phone number is not an issue.
The account is currently suspended but not deactivated.
I was on a $120 plan but I don’t need data, so trying to renew on a $60 plan.
I have $60 in my Public Mobile balance.
I log in then click on “Plan / Add-Ons”.
I click on “Change Plan”.
I am then on the page “Change My Base Plan”.
I set it to the $60 plan (90 days, Prov Talk, No Text, No Data).
The button “Change on Next Renewal Date” is NOT clickable.
I click “Top Up to Reactivate Plan” instead, then click cancel.
The button “Change on Next Renewal Date” is clickable.
I click it.
I am asked “Are you sure you want to change your plan?”.
I click “Yes, Change my Plan”.
The “Change My Base Plan” page reloads with the following message: Sorry! We weren't able to process your request. Please try again later.
I’ve done this multiple times today, and it hasn’t worked.
