My phone account is not properly connected to my email

I was in communication with an agent previously. My public phone account is not properly connected to my email because the email used to create my original account was incorrect. I was at the point of supplying information to verify my identity to the agent. I think they sent me more information but they reset my account and that message got lost. Can someone send me the link to contact the agents again please. Thanx
