Hi, My old phone has died, Need to transfer my number to a new phone, How do I go about it?

It's quite simple, all you have to do is take the sim out of your old phone and put it into your new phone, the number and everything will remain the same.

If your new phone uses bigger sim than your old phone you may need a sim adapter.

I have a spare one from nano to micro.

@chrilyn  Purchase a new phone. Take the sim card from the dead phone and put it in the new phone. That's it!!

Don’t forget you probably have a Tri Sim. Use as is or push out the size you need. Also I hope you kept the original pieces just in case you have to make it bigger.

Remove your sim card from your old phone and put it in your new one.  If you use data then you may need to setup APN settings.
