I was instructed to pick a cell number and set up my account and then contact a moderator to help me get my Koodoo cell number on Public. Can someone help me?

If it's a prepaid Koodo phone number, do as @Triguy suggests.
If it's a postpaid Koodo account that the number is coming from, you can do the number porting yourself from within Self Serve. It's in the Plans and Add-ons section under Phone Number Change. Be sure to have your Koodo account number available.

You can submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
