generally PM won't help to pick specific number. They might help if you just missed your final suspension date for a day or two

what do you want to do with the old number? do you want to port it into PM? or you lost your old number due to suspended service for over 90 days? You have to tell us more for us to help

Why do you need your old number?
I forgot my old number about 30 years ago and I wanted to increase my CC limit and they asked to verify it is me. I forgot to update my contact information. Good thing my spouse had an old contact phone book and it had it in there.
