I received a call saying that I need to corrrected the account number from my vurrent provider, how do i do that ?

Hi @PSchleicher
Can you verify that you can receive messages and calls? With failed or stuck port dial out, text out, or data are not problem, it's others reaching you as out may still be going to previous provider.

Sorry, I got a call this morning to notify me that the account number from my previous provider was wrong but I can see that the number was ported about two hours after the call, I sent a text message and called a landline so I guess the porting process is finished.
