My friend trasfer her account from Public to other carrier,
have two question:
1.Can she trafer her point to me?
2.Her transfer is partly working, for issue, can anyone from PM helps?

Yes, it is better she does and use up all her rewards before she ports out.

Unfortunately, points can’t be transferred to other members.
To complete the porting to another carrier, she need to keep the PM SIM in her phone and reply to the text with YES confirming she is porting out. She has 90 minutes to reply or porting will be cancelled.
If she missed replying, she need to contact the new carrier to restart the porting process again and wait for the text.

The points aren't transferable. As for the service at the new company, she woill need to contact the new company.

@GegeYing No sorry you cannot transfer points from one account to the other . And her new provider has to help with the port . She just needs to keep PM SIM card in phone to reply yes to it
