My email address comes up as invalid?

My email address comes up as invalid. I have reset my Password. I cannot access my account at all.

Then you likely did not create a My Account with that email @18 , or the number was ported out to another provider, or in nonpay status for over 90 days.

 

Are you a current public mobile customer with a phone number and plan? If so, see @RossN 's post to submit a ticket to CSA.

  • if missed a payment you have up to 90 days to make a payment and, after doing so, your payment cycle will restart and your service will resume.
  • After 90 days of non-payment, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:
  • Lose access to your phone number, and won’t be able to transfer it to a new provider in the future.
  • Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.

if your email is active make sure you wrote it correctly, use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,then  Reset Password

 

after success reset password close all browser and one page inPrivate mode, To Login Page

 

still invalid email then contact support team by CS_Agent  to change email and set new password.

@18 hi did you activate in store? if you did you have to create an account or if more than 90 days your account is closed

@18 hi has your account been suspended more than 90 days? if it has your account is permanently cloased itthat is not the issue 

you need to contact a customer service agent

type  request reset email
