My email address comes up as invalid. I have reset my Password. I cannot access my account at all.

if your email is active make sure you wrote it correctly, use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,then Reset Password
after success reset password close all browser and one page inPrivate mode, To Login Page
still invalid email then contact support team by > CS_Agent to change email and set new password.

@18 hi did you activate in store? if you did you have to create an account or if more than 90 days your account is closed

@18 hi has your account been suspended more than 90 days? if it has your account is permanently cloased itthat is not the issue
